I had a really great experience here yesterday. My morning work day started out with me dropping my MacBook on the floor and breaking the screen. I came to Manayunk iPhone Repair to have it fixed and ran into a dilemma. Should a pay for a repair that cost nearly as much as much as my MacBook was worth, or upgrade? The staff was super helpful and informative. I wasn’t familiar with the specs or how to make the decision. What would have taken me hours to research was explained to me thoroughly in minutes. While they could have had my repair done the same day (unlike 2 other stores I called that morning who would need a week to order parts) the staff had an affordable upgrade available for a reasonable price and I pulled the trigger, confident I’d made the right decision. My new Mac is certified for a year, the cost of replacement was very competitive with online retailers with the same product, and I have the peace of mind that a local business has my back if I have any issues. Best of all my old computer was transferred to my new one in about an hour and I was back to work without delay. They had a great selection of used Apple product, and they’ll be my first stop for future repairs or purchases. I was very impressed with the staff and I’ll be back with all my Apple needs. 5/5 all day.

Was able to recover data from my pretty messed up phone, for a reasonable price as well! Few hundred $ under the big places, very grateful. Was quick as well

Great shop, very nice staff. Old-school kind of place where they're not afraid to open your stuff up and fix it. They replaced my swelling Nintendo Switch battery in an hour while I had a beer nearby.

Matt offered the perfect, economical option to my needed new iPhone upgrade. However, his patient follow-up service afterwards - to assure my phone’s downloaded apps were working properly - was, simply put, OUTSTANDING. I’ll look nowhere else for future service/ purchase needs. Steve M, age 76.

Great experience overall! I needed my MacBook screen repaired after dropping it. Their prices were very fair and actually lower than anywhere else locally. They were able to get my computer fixed same day for an extra fee which was well worth it. The workers answered all of my questions and I felt very confident having them repair my device. Would definitely return if needed in the future, highly recommend!
